Standard Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

How returns work

Start your return

Go to Your Orders, choose the item and select a reason for the return.

Pack it up

Repack the item securely with everything that came in the box.

Hand it over

A courier will collect it, or drop it at a designated location for free.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Items that can’t be returned

  • Engraved or personalised products, unless faulty.
  • Opened software, or items damaged through misuse.
  • Electronic Gift Cards.
