These terms govern your access to and use of ReNote AI's website, apps, rPen smart pen, rBook smart notebooks, and related services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. Organizational users must confirm they are authorized to bind their entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You may not misuse the Services, including reverse-engineering, reselling, or using them to break the law or infringe the rights of others, or to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The Smart Pen is engineered to work only with official ReNote Smart Notebooks, which enable accurate stroke tracking and digital syncing.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use, excluding misuse or unauthorized repairs.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund policies follow the terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer-protection statutes.
You retain rights to your content while granting ReNote a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Services to you.
ReNote AI retains ownership of its intellectual property.
AI features such as transcription, summarization, and translation are provided on an “as is” basis.
Features such as summarization, translation, and GPT responses require internet connectivity.
Notes are stored securely in ReNote AI Cloud, powered by Microsoft Azure, with encryption in transit and at rest.

You may delete your account at any time.
ReNote may suspend access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may harm others or ReNote AI.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, ReNote AI excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
